russian premier league followers?

i just watched my second & wagered :lol: on my first russian prem lge match.

firstly, skill level was decent from spartak nalchik.

secondly, announcer was downright understated in comparison to the hispanic announcer i listened to yesterday on concacaf's live stream of the concacaf u17 women's semi. :lolBIG:histrionics

lastly, the only english i recognized were pepsi & canon on the sign boards and also "live" on the graphics.

is there any info on the web, in english, for the russian premier league?

well, w/ the mls strike looming...i will keep my eyes on this league. i may be hooked yet...@)

rpl has some decent teams, like cska that went to the quarter finals of the europa league, zenit that won the uefa cup 2 years ago, rubin that performed very well in europe..with the right management and financing these club find their own spin and perform well. i dont like to wager on it, because its not that predictable, dont know why, but the stats on my sheets dont lie lol.

i bet this league sometimes , but only the top teams in some ML parlays.
problem with russian leagues is that its a really big country. i tried to cap russian hockey and learnt the hard way that first thing to do is take out a map and seee where the teams are located. teams from moscow travelling to siberia or the other way around...some rivaleries between all these moscow teams, in some cases not.
i would say if you really go down in this league and find out these infos you propably have a good chance of making money...by just picking plays according to standings in recent form (like you can do it in most european leagues) it s very hard to get good results.
